Note:
If air tickets are issued on special fares, additional airline cancellation charges (if any) will be borne by the guest, over and above the charges stated above.

A. Guest-Initiated Cancellation

  1. Guests who wish to cancel their tour must immediately email us at connect@signaturevoyages.in
  1. from their registered email ID.
  2. Cancellation charges apply as per the schedule above and vary based on destination, sector, and tour category.
  3. Signature Voyages is not obligated to provide a breakdown of these charges.
  4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–12 weeks.
  5. Once a booking is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. Re-booking will be treated as a new booking and additional charges will apply.

B. Single Traveler Cancellation

  1. Single guests are advised to book Special Tours such as Women’s Special or Seniors’ Special, where room partners are guaranteed.
  2. For regular tours, single travelers must pay single occupancy charges unless a room partner is available.
  3. If a sharing partner cancels, no refund of single occupancy charges will apply.

C. Tour Cancellation by Signature Voyages

  1. Signature Voyages reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour for operational reasons.
  2. If a tour is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded within 10–12 weeks.
  3. No interest will be paid on the refunded amount.
  4. Signature Voyages will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the guest for other personal arrangements.
  5. Guests may choose another available tour; any fare difference will be adjusted accordingly.

D. Cancellation under Force Majeure

In cases of natural calamities, pandemics, terrorism, or other uncontrollable events, Signature Voyages reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour for the safety of guests.

  • No refunds (partial or full) will be applicable under such circumstances.
  • Guests can transfer their booking to a future date or select another tour.
  • Adjustments or postponements depend on the cooperation of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  • If future tour prices are lower, the balance may be adjusted against future bookings — no partial cash refund applies.

E. Rescheduling Due to Operational Reasons

If tour rescheduling is required due to airline changes, VIP movements, or major destination events:

  • Guests must abide by the revised schedule.
  • Refunds are not applicable.
  • In certain cases, an increase in tour cost may apply due to itinerary or cost upgrades.

F. Visa Rejection – Deemed Cancellation

  1. Visa rejection is treated as a deemed cancellation.
  2. Cancellation charges apply as per the schedule based on the visa rejection date.
  3. Guests may reapply for a visa at their own cost; approval remains at the discretion of the consulate.
  4. If re-applied and rejected again, charges will apply from the second rejection date.
  5. In group bookings, if one member’s visa is rejected and others cancel, the cancellation policy applies to all.
  6. Guests must verify visa details upon receipt; any immigration denial due to incorrect visa details is the guest’s responsibility.
  7. Airfare and visa costs paid in advance (beyond 91 days) are non-refundable.

G. Non-Payment of Tour Price

  • Full payment must be made at booking or 45–60 days prior to departure.
  • Failure to pay within the timeline may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
  • The amount paid will be forfeited and treated as per the cancellation schedule.

H. Right of Admission & Termination

Signature Voyages reserves the right to:

  • Refuse booking without explanation.
  • Terminate participation of any guest who misbehaves, disrupts decorum, or causes inconvenience to others.

Guests terminated from the tour must make their own travel arrangements — no refunds will be issued.

I. No Show on Day 1

If a guest fails to report on Day 1 of the tour, it is deemed a No Show and 100% cancellation applies.
All services stand canceled unless prior notification is given about joining later at personal expense.

J. Discontinuation During the Tour

If a guest chooses to discontinue mid-tour, it will be treated as a deemed cancellation, and no refund will apply.
Our team may assist in arranging alternate travel at the guest’s cost.

K. Travel Insurance

  1. Group tour prices include travel insurance for guests up to 59 years old.
  2. Guests above 59 years must pay the additional premium difference.
  3. For customized, inbound, or MICE tours, travel insurance must be purchased separately.
  4. Insurance claims, if applicable, are subject to the discretion of the insurance provider.
  5. Any incident eligible for a claim must be reported within 24 hours to both the insurer and Signature Voyages.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in Indian Rupees, as per RBI regulations.
  • Processing time: 30–60 days, depending on the season.
  • Refunds are interest-free and may be issued via account payee cheque or credited to the original payment source.
  • If the guest made direct visa payments, a refund will be processed within 7 working days after submission of visa proof.
  • Refunds are not applicable in cases of:
    • Services already utilized or partially canceled.
    • Government regulation changes preventing travel.
    • Non-refundable airline tickets or date-restricted fares.
    • Force majeure conditions (natural or political).
    • Card payment reversals—any transaction fee will be borne by the guest.

Company Rights

Signature Voyages reserves the right to:

  • Accept or cancel bookings at its discretion.
  • Withdraw discounts or offers without prior notice.
  • Change routing, accommodation, or itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Remove any guest from a tour for misconduct or non-compliance.
